For this type of processing, please refer to the specific privacy notice available in the relevant section of the Site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cookies<\/strong><br\/>This Site uses cookies, which are short text strings sent by the Site\u2019s server to the browser of the user\/visitor and automatically stored on the user\u2019s device.<br\/>The main purpose of these cookies is to make browsing the Site easier; therefore, users are advised to configure their browser to accept them. This includes the ability of the Site to withstand unforeseen events or unlawful or malicious acts that may compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal data, as well as the security of related services offered or made accessible.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding to information requests submitted through the forms available on the Site, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluating applications submitted by Users who complete the \u201cJoin us\u201d section for possible employment opportunities, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(b) GDPR. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing interactions with Users (comments, posts) on the Controller\u2019s social media pages, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. With regard to the processing of personal data carried out by the operators of the social media platforms used by the Controller, please refer to the privacy policies provided by those platforms.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consequences of refusing to provide data<\/strong><br\/>The provision of personal data for the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph, points 2 and 3, is mandatory and necessary for achieving the purposes described above.<br\/>If the User refuses to provide such data, it will not be possible to respond to the request for information or to proceed with the evaluation of the User for potential employment opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data Recipients<\/strong><br\/>The personal data provided may be made accessible to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>employees and collaborators of DOS Design S.p.A., in their capacity as personnel specifically authorized to process the data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>third parties acting as Data Processors, carrying out activities on behalf of DOS Design S.p.A.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>judicial or supervisory authorities, administrations, public bodies and organizations (national or international), where necessary to comply with legal obligations or respond to requests made by such authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data retention period<\/strong><br\/>The User\u2019s personal data are processed by the Controller for the time necessary to respond to the User\u2019s request for information and\/or to evaluate the User for possible collaboration or employment opportunities.<br\/>Once these purposes have been fulfilled, the User\u2019s personal data may be retained for the time required to comply with legal obligations or for potential legal actions, or as provided by applicable law (please refer to the specific privacy notices relating to such processing) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>User rights<\/strong><br\/>Pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has the right to obtain information from the Controller regarding the existence of the processing of their personal data and to access their data.<br\/>Furthermore, the User has the right to request the rectification, completion, updating, or deletion of their data.
