Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

The data are collected to manage the request. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Disclosure to Third Parties

For the performance of certain activities, the data may be processed by external companies appointed as Data Processors and provided with specific instructions.

Data Retention Period

The data are retained for one year from submission.

Data Subjects’ Rights

Data subjects have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not such data exists and to know its content, verify its accuracy, or request its portability or rectification.
Data subjects have the right to request erasure, anonymization, or restriction of processing, as well as to object at any time, on legitimate grounds, to their processing or to withdraw the consent given. Requests should be sent to: privacy@dos.design.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) by following the instructions available on the Authority’s website (www.garanteprivacy.it).
