Scenario
In 2021, the RGS faced the challenge of managing nearly 120 heterogeneous digital solutions developed over time and following different logics.
Without common guidelines, processes, and collaboration tools, misalignment emerged, slowing RGS’s digital transformation.
Problem
A number of critical issues emerge: project and technological fragmentation, system obsolescence and the lack of a shared method.
Added to this are inconsistencies in user experience, with different interfaces and languages, alongside ineffective collaboration between business stakeholders, designers, and developers.
Opportunity
Seeking to address these challenges, the RGS draws on best practices from product-driven organizations.
The goal is to meet the need for clear, accessible, and consistent solutions for users, while establishing a rules framework that can support and adapt to ongoing contextual change.
