Rome, 22 July 2026 – DOS Design, a company specialising in the design and development of models, digital solutions and processes for the Innovation Management of complex public and private organisations, is currently focused on consolidating and defining the strategic direction of its new business plan. This journey is also supported by the resources raised through the issuance, in December 2025, of two minibonds with a total value of €5 million. The transaction comprises a €2 million minibond, fully subscribed by UniCredit with the support of the SME Guarantee Fund managed by Mediocredito Centrale (MCC), and a €3 million “Made in Italy” Basket Bond, subscribed in equal shares by UniCredit and MCC.
A milestone recognising 20 years of evolution
The minibond issuance represents a significant recognition of the company’s growth journey since its foundation in 2006. Over these twenty years of continuous methodological and structural evolution, DOS Design has experienced all the major stages of digital transformation. Today, this significant strengthening of its financial position validates the path taken and enables the next steps in a growth and internationalisation plan set to expand further, also building on the recent opening of the new Milan office in Via Galvani.
Innovation Management and the value of Derisking
At the heart of DOS’s identity and offering is Innovation Management, guided by a methodological approach based on derisking. For DOS Design, derisking means concretely reducing the decision-making, operational and technological risks inherent in the innovation processes of large organisations. Through rigorous methods and project approaches, the company promotes sustainable innovation, helping new digital solutions achieve the right market positioning (market fit) while reducing the risks associated with their launch (go-to-market).
Specialised spin-offs: DOS Mind and DOS Com
This strong drive towards innovation has led to the creation of two specialised spin-offs:
- DOS Mind: the technology competence centre for the entire DOS ecosystem, focused on developing human-centric artificial intelligence solutions and frameworks. It provides a structured response to the demand for technological innovation in the processes of complex organisations, turning the company’s know-how into high-value assets;
- DOS Com: an outcome-based communication agency that integrates research, strategy, creativity and design expertise to generate measurable changes in the behaviours, decisions and performance of organisations.
Together with DOS Design, these companies form a three-part system capable of bringing together strategic design, artificial intelligence and impact-driven communication in a synergistic way.
“For us, growth does not simply mean increasing scale and operational capacity. It means strengthening our contribution to the transformation of complex organisations. The resources raised through this transaction allow us to invest in a model that combines expertise, innovation and vision, with the aim of generating tangible value and building increasingly effective, accessible and scalable solutions,” said Marco Pardini, CEO of DOS Design.
