In particular, the following information is provided in order to describe the processing of personal data collected through the site www.dos.design of DOS Design S.p.a., in correlation with the expression of interest for one or more products or services offered by the Company.

LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of the User’s personal data by the Controller has the following purposes:

To pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR, which is to ensure the security of the Site and the information exchanged within it. Evaluation of applications from Users who fill in the “Join Us” section, with a view to possible recruitment, in accordance with Article 6.1(b) and 9.2(b) and (e) of the GDPR.

CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

The provision of personal data for the purposes described in the previous paragraph, points 2 and 3, is mandatory and necessary for the pursuit of the purposes described in the previous paragraph. Should the User refuse to provide such data, it would be impossible to provide an answer to the request for information or to proceed with the process of evaluating the User for possible job opportunities.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The User’s personal data will be processed by the Controller for the period necessary to respond to the User’s request for information and/or to evaluate the User for possible job opportunities. Once these purposes have been completed, the User’s personal data will be kept for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations or for any legal action, or as required by applicable legislation.

USER RIGHTS
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has the right to receive information from the Controller regarding the existence of the processing of his personal data and to access his data. In addition, the User has the right to request the rectification, integration, updating or deletion of data. The User may also request a copy of his/her data, request the restriction of processing or object to the processing of his/her data. The Controller may make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes will be communicated to Users by posting the updated version on this Site and, if technically and legally possible, by notification sent to Users via one of the contacts provided to the Controller. Users are advised to check this page regularly for any changes. The update date will be indicated at the end of the Privacy Policy.
